Terms of Use
MOJO CATERING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all catering orders placed through Mojo Catering (website and ordering platform). By placing a catering order, you agree to these Terms.
Order Requirements
• When placing an order, you must advise us of any dietary or religious requirements for attendees so we can plan packaging and preparation accordingly.
• Any delivery times you choose should include a 30-minute grace period to allow for delivery delays.
• Food delivered by us must be consumed within 4 hours of delivery.
Prices and Currency
• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
• Prices displayed at the time of ordering apply unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Ordering and Delivery
• Delivery details (address, event time, instructions) must be accurate.
• We deliver catering orders as selected during checkout. Deliveries must be during store hours and orders 1 working day in advance.
• If your delivery address or instructions change after ordering, you must notify us promptly.
• Included in your order is crockery from our central kitchen location. This must be returned to your nearest Mojo store following the event.
Payment Terms
• Orders must be paid immediately following the placement of the order.
• Invoices will show as Mojo Coffee Cartel Ltd.
• Monthly account statements will be sent to the nominated accounts contact.
• If you choose to pay by credit card at checkout, the charge will be processed immediately.
Order Cancellations
• Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible. We recommend notifying us at least 12 hours before scheduled delivery.
• We may not be able to cancel orders if supplies have already been purchased or preparation began.
• In some cases, cancellation fees may apply.
Dietary Information
• We offer items that may be labelled “No added Gluten” or “specialty diet friendly”.
• Although we take care in handling dietaries, we cannot guarantee orders are completely free from allergens due to shared preparation environments. We are not an allergen free kitchen.
Invoice Queries and Complaints
• Invoices are issued after delivery.
• If you have any concerns about your order (quality, quantities, delivery issues), you should contact us before payment.
• Where appropriate, partial or full refunds will be considered.
Delivery Consumption
• Food items must be consumed within 4 hours of delivery for food safety reasons.
• Mojo Catering accepts no liability if food is consumed after this period.
Changes to Terms
• Mojo Coffee Cartel Ltd reserves the right to vary, suspend, modify, or terminate these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Updated Terms will be published on our website and advised where appropriate.
Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by New Zealand law.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
